Your Responsibilities:
You will manage and strategically develop a portfolio of more than 300 existing customers across the DACH region.
As the main point of contact for your customers, you will understand their needs and objectives in depth and build long-term, trusted relationships.
You will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and work closely with customers and internal teams to develop tailored, value-driven solutions.
In close collaboration with Consulting, Marketing, Partner Management, and other teams, you will ensure long-term customer success.
You will proactively plan customer meetings, conduct on-site visits, and represent Peakboard at industry events and trade fairs across the DACH region.
Your Profile:
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
You enjoy building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
You have a strong technical affinity and a genuine interest in digital products, data-driven processes, and modern technologies.
You are skilled at analysing customer requirements, identifying opportunities, and presenting convincing solutions.
You work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities, and have a strong customer-focused mindset.
Experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft 365, and maintaining CRM documentation is an advantage.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B2/C1 level).
