Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for our technical customer support, working closely with our sales and development departments. You will advise and support our customers in the selection and application of our light grid solutions. You will provide first- and second-level telephone support for technical issues, particularly in troubleshooting and troubleshooting. Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme (m/w/d)
During your training You will gain knowledge about the functionality of electronic components. You will learn how to build prototypes and populate circuit boards with electronic components. You will learn how to use PCs and software, as well as how to install and adapt programs. You will become familiar with the latest testing and measurement technology. You will learn everything about troubleshooting and repairing electronic components (e.g., circuit boards, analog and digital technology, microcontrollers). Your profile You have a secondary school diploma or at least a good secondary school diploma. You are skilled in manual work and use a logical approach to solving problems. You want to understand the practical application of mathematical and physical relationships. You enjoy working independently, but are also a true team player. You want to develop professionally and personally with us. ```
