With your in-depth expertise, you will design future-oriented PLC and HMI control concepts, connect the IT and OT worlds, and translate complex customer requirements into secure, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. You will drive the strategic development of projects and the company, contribute innovative ideas to the team, and oversee their implementation. As a key contact, you will represent the company in the market and within the group. Responsibilities:
- With your in-depth expertise, you are familiar with the latest developments in PLC and HMI technology, use this knowledge to model future-oriented control concepts for our customers, and bridge the gap between the IT and OT worlds.
- As a control system architect, you translate our customers complex challenges into optimal solutions in terms of safety, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
- You will be responsible for the strategic development of the company and projects in the field of industrial automation, focusing on control engineering and operational excellence.
- You will contribute your innovative ideas and concepts to the team and oversee their implementation.
- You will represent the company both in the market and within the group.

Elektrokonstrukteur/in Steuerungstechnik m/w/d
In this key role, you will be responsible for the design and development of innovative electronic machines and systems. You will shape the layout, specification, and implementation of modern machine controls with electrical and pneumatic sensors and actuators, create circuit diagrams and parts lists in E3.series, and oversee control cabinet manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning of our prototypes. You will also assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics and coordinate technical details directly with customers on-site. We are looking for a state-certified technician or master craftsman in the electrical, electronics, or mechatronics field with experience using the CAE tool Zuken E³, sound knowledge of electrical design, and a willingness to travel.
