More than 1 million robots by 2030 could significantly reduce the staff shortage

Up to 5 million skilled workers could be missing in Germany by 2030. A large proportion would engage in "hands-on" activities. Robots could be used successively here for the benefit of all. While business associations are bringing up increased immigration as a solution, the German Robotics Association (DRV) has developed a concrete concept for consistent automation. This is presented below. Ultimately, it is about all areas of robotics, including care. This working paper invites discussion.
