Up to 5 million skilled workers could be missing in Germany by 2030. A large proportion would engage in "hands-on" activities. Robots could be used successively here for the benefit of all. While business associations are bringing up increased immigration as a solution, the German Robotics Association (DRV) has developed a concrete concept for consistent automation.
