More power, less effort: With our new wire stripping machine, we are ideally equipped for the future. This allows us to produce even more efficiently, precisely, and flexibly. At Spezialkabel Schmid, precision has always been our top priority.

Our previous system, which dates back to 1992, has served us reliably for over three decades. However, after countless meters of carefully processed cable, the pneumatic hoses and valves gradually began to fail. The decision was clear: it was time for a generational change!

The heart of the new system
The ESC-BX30 is a large automatic cable cutting and stripping machine. It reliably cuts and strips wires and cables ranging from 1 mm² to 30 mm². Equipped with advanced drive and motion control algorithms, it significantly improves positioning accuracy and reproducibility.

The machine is fully computer-controlled. This means that all process parameters can be conveniently set at the touch of a button. This not only saves time, but also labor. A special highlight: the titanium-coated V-blades. These ensure clean and durable processing – even with demanding cable types.

A stripping machine rarely comes alone
The ESC-BX30 is complemented by two additional components. These ensure smooth processes:

The CC-380D cable winder: This double cable reel machine automatically winds the stripped cables. With two winding rollers, it significantly increases work efficiency. The result: perfectly wound cables that are easy to transport, store, or further process.
The PF-60 cable feeding device: This automatic feeding machine continuously supplies the system with wires, cables, or pipes. This keeps the production flow constant and makes interruptions a thing of the past.
