FORTEC GROUP with specialists for maritime monitors

With the Dutch company Nottrot B.V., the FORTEC GROUP has a new member in its ranks, which complements the portfolio perfectly with proven expertise in the field of maritime monitors.

FORTEC Elektronik AG announces the acquisition of Nottrot B.V., a manufacturer of monitors for maritime, military, and industrial applications based in the Netherlands, effective July 11, 2025. This move strengthens FORTEC's strategic market position in Central Europe, enables it to enter the maritime market in the data visualization segment, and simultaneously expands its technological base and vertical value creation in future-relevant applications.
Founded in 2000, Nottrot B.V., headquartered in Oosterhout, North Brabant, currently employs eight people. In the last fiscal year (2024), the company generated revenue of approximately EUR 3.2 million and an operating result (EBIT) of approximately EUR 0.8 million.
