The new SIB inductive sensors from BERNSTEIN offer two antivalent output signals (normally open and normally closed), which are monitored and compared by the safety controller. If the signals are no longer opposing, the fault is recognised and the system is safely switched off. With a suitable safety controller that recognises sensor faults before the next request to the safety function and in compliance with the BMA, use in safety-relevant applications up to PL d/SIL 2 is possible. - With suitable safety controller for requirements up to PL d / SIL 2 - Reduces the wiring effort - Low acquisition costs - Overall system becomes simpler and less complex - Two antivalent output signals (normally open and normally closed)

Inductive sensors detect metallic objects through electromagnetic induction. They can accurately measure distances and thicknesses, making them ideal for use in harsh industrial environments. They ensure reliable position monitoring of metallic objects and work reliably even under difficult conditions. The Flexitast pushbutton is a first of its kind pushbutton and will be presented at the SPS in Nuremberg. This pushbutton is an innovative pushbutton with integrated display that was designed for dynamic control and signaling requirements. This solution combines an actual pushbutton with a 72 x 72 pixel display enabling a flexible depiction of symbols and texts that can be updated in real time. The centerpiece of the Flexitast is a purpose-made 72 x 72 pixels ZBD display. Exclusively produced for SCHLEGEL, the display offers the best resolution and keeps the display data visible even without power supply. The dimensions of the display are 26.5 x 26.5 mm to ensure that the symbol/text can be seen from afar. The RGB illumination makes it possible to adapt the display output to various statuses or design requirements. That way, if needed, symbols and texts can be highlighted by background colour which is ideal for complex control systems when differing states have to be visually noticeable. Due to its robust design and the protecting glass panel, the Flexitast is durable and reliable even in demanding conditions. Burn-in of the display as known in other technologies cannot occur. Flexitast can be used as a single button, but its full potential shows when used as a system, for which up to 128 Flexitast buttons can be combined. This enables high scalability for complex control requirements and is especially useful for bigger control systems. The Flexitast is also suitable for rough working conditions, thanks to its robust design. It has a degree of protection of IP65 and a lifetime of 1 million switching cycles. The operating temperature ranges from -10 °C to +50 °C. The operating travel of the Flexitast is 3 mm and the contact block is tactile, with 2 NO contacts. It is operated with an operating voltage of 24 V.

The integrated servomotors MAC404, MAC804, MAC1004 and MAC1404 represent a powerful generation of AC servo motors with built-in Ethernet interface, integrated ePLC, and battery-free absolute multi-turn encoder. All models operate directly from 115/230 VAC and combine motor, power electronics, controller, encoder and communication in one compact unit. This significantly reduces wiring effort, cabinet size and installation time. The power range spans from 400 W (MAC404) up to 1500 W (MAC1404), with peak power levels reaching up to 4,500 W. All motors offer a speed range of 0–3000 RPM (max. 3600 RPM) and deliver nominal torques from approx. 1.3 to 4.8 Nm with peak torques exceeding 14 Nm, depending on the model. Various flange sizes and motor lengths are available, with optional integrated brake. Protection classes range from IP55 to IP66/IP67, combined with robust M12/M16 industrial connectors. Key features across the entire series include: integrated Industrial Ethernet interfaces (e.g., EtherCAT, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP), built-in ePLC for decentralized automation directly inside the motor, STO safety function (Safe Torque Off), battery-free absolute multi-turn encoder, flexible option modules such as IO-Link, RS485, CANopen, wireless extensions and additional I/O modules. Thanks to their fully integrated architecture, the MAC motors are ideal for compact machines, modular systems, robotics, packaging equipment, handling systems and any application requiring high performance in a minimal footprint.
