CFW900 Hightech-VSD
The CFW900 is a high-tech VSD to drive and control three-phase induction and permanent magnet motors. With excellent static and dynamic performance, high precision in torque, speed and position control, it can solve a wide range of applications due to its high overload capacity. Thanks to its technology, the CFW900 inverter ensures energy savings, safety, increased productivity and quality in the process network in which it is implemented. It allows quick and easy access to the application information and configuration settings. Through a menu structure, the new user interface of the CFW900 line offers an unprecedented interactive user experience, allowing settings and configurations with detailed parameter description directly on the HMI, as well as event logs with date and time. Another advantage of this solution is that this product is designed to be the best VSD on the market, bringing more comfort and flexibility to the operation, maintenance and management of your inverter, with Bluetooth communication® and the free WPS Mobile App. The CFW900 allows you to set parameters, monitor, create backups and even retrieve your VSD data. Charging jack Kombitast-R-Juwel
Mobile devices are part of our everyday life and have to be available everytime, everywhere. It is all the more important to recharge the battery in time and fast. The new USB-A charging jack from Schlegel has been designed to do exactly that. The jack has 2 USB-A ports, each providing a charging current of 2.4 A at an output voltage of 5 V. This way, two devices can be charged at the same time at "lightning speed". But not only the charging capacity is convincing, the scope of functions for safe operations does as well. The jack comes with a current limitation of the output current of each USB port, including also a protection against short-circuit, undervoltage and overvoltage. Overload protection The charging jack can be operated within a temperature range of -40 °C to 70 °C. When the environmental temparature rises, a temperature sensor ensures that the electronics do not heat up too much. It regulates the charging current correspondingly or even switches off the charging process automatically when critical temperatures are being reached. Only after the temperature returned to the uncritical state the charging process will be continued. Additional ventilation slits ensure a continuous cooling, especially when the circulation of air is restricted due to the mounting situation. The robust USB-A charging jack has a mechanical lifetime of min. 5000 plugging cycles and is constructed for a panel cut-out of 30.5 mm. The operating voltage ranges from 15 V to 30 V DC. The electrical connection is provided with a spring-load terminal for cable cross-sections from 0.2 to 2.5 mm². The new SCHLEGEL charging jack is also suitable for railway applications as all relevant parts of it comply with the standards EN 50155, EN 61373:2011 class 1B, EN 60077-1, EN 45545-2, EN 60068-2, EN-50121-3-2, IEC 61000-6-3/4, EBA EMV06. SCHLEGEL currently offers 2 versions of the charging jack: KRJSW_2USB_A_5V with black front bezel and KRJM_2USB_A_5V with silver-coloured front bezel.

Coil-wound sensors for electric vehicles
Coil-wound sensors for electric vehicles Delta-R manufactures wound-head temperature sensors for electromobility on behalf of sensor manufacturers for the growing electromobility market. Speed, flexibility, and reliability, combined with the highest quality standards ;Made in Germany; have convinced an increasing number of customers during the pandemic. Wound-head sensors for electromobility are cable thermometers used for temperature monitoring of electric motors and batteries. These cable thermometers are temperature sensors with a cable extension and heat-shrink tubing insulation. These heat-shrink tubing temperature sensors are usually based on a Pt100 or Pt1000 element, which is extended in a 2-, 3-, or 4-wire configuration and then insulated with high-voltage-resistant heat-shrink tubing. Depending on the required temperature resistance, the sensors are insulated with high-voltage-resistant Kynar or PTFE heat-shrink tubing. Depending on the voltage rating, the sensors are insulated with single or multiple layers. The required insulation strength determines the insulation length as well as the type and position of the heat shrink tubing. Typically, the elements are extended with single-core stranded wire in the AWG 20 to AWG 28 range. The operating temperature range of cable sensors with heat shrink tubing insulation is between -70°C and +260°C. Winding-head temperature sensors with a wide variety of connection technologies are available on the market. Compact controller and data logger | NEW: "Node-RED"
The EWIO2 device families are high-performance data loggers and mini controllers (see variants) with numerous interfaces for applications in energy monitoring and energy management systems in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001, as well as for automation tasks in buildings, machines, and systems. Small control tasks can be created intuitively and easily with the graphic programming interface “Node-RED”, integrated in the web server via drag & drop. In the process, prefabricated nodes are linked together to form program flows. Countless flows and nodes from different manufacturers and categories (palettes) can be loaded from the large Node-RED community into the development environment and used. Two Ethernet-Ports with Daisy Chain function and the WLAN interface* are predefined for connection to a LAN or WLAN network and for daisy chaining several network participants. The EWIO2 features the communication protocols Modbus TCP and BACnet/IP (*variants) for connection to the management (e.g., building management system) or automation level (e.g. controllers). Sensors and consumption meters of different media (e.g., energy, water, gas and heat) can be connected and read out via the interfaces M-Bus, S0, Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP. The consumption values of individual data points are stored in the database of the EWIO2 with a time stamp. This data can be sent (push) or read (pull) as a CSV file from the database via e-mail (SSL) or FTP (SFTP). The EWIO2 can also be accessed via Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP, and TCP/IP, and the database queried. A REST-API interface enables direct access to the device from higher-level systems. The configuration, parameterization, and programming of the EWIO2 is done by the web browser directly on the device, meaning no additional software is required. The integrated digital and analog inputs and outputs of the EWIO2-M are designed to connect sensors and actuators from different applications in building or industrial automation.
