The Additel ADT 710 is an innovative automatic pressure gauge calibration system for the efficient calibration of analog and digital pressure measuring instruments. It combines a high-resolution 50-megapixel camera, automatic positioning, and advanced image processing with machine learning. This allows displayed measurement values ​​to be automatically recognized and processed directly for the calibration process. A key feature is the AMetis recognition technology. The ADT 710 automatically positions the pressure gauge and adjusts the camera position, zoom, and focus to the specific instrument under test. The display is then evaluated, and the measurement value is captured with a recognition accuracy of better than 0.1 scale divisions. This eliminates a significant portion of the time-consuming manual reading for suitable pressure gauges. Integrated barcode and QR code recognition also enables rapid identification of the instruments under test. In conjunction with the Additel ACal calibration software, stored device information can be accessed, and calibration processes can be automated. Together with a compatible Additel pressure controller, this creates a largely automated calibration workstation: The controller sets the test points, the ADT 710 automatically reads the test specimen, and ACal processes the measurement data. The system is suitable for pneumatic and hydraulic applications with pressure ranges from -1 to 420 bar with gas and -1 to 1,035 bar with liquid. WLAN and Ethernet enable integration into modern calibration environments. For particularly high production volumes, up to ten ADT 710 units can be combined with ACal to form an automated system using appropriate accessories. This makes the ADT 710 especially suitable for calibration laboratories, calibration service providers, and companies with a consistently high volume of pressure gauges.
