Automated Singulation Cell

Our robotic cell is designed to automatically separate small parts from bulk material
and provide them in a process-reliable manner. Through the combination of robotics, sensor technology, and intelligent part recognition, unsorted components are picked up, aligned, and transferred to a defined position. This makes the solution ideal for automated feeding processes, assembly applications, and flexible production environments in which different variants or geometries have to be processed.
