With the LS Link Compact, WEISS expands its portfolio of linear transfer systems with a compact and cost-efficient precision link conveyor system designed specifically for machine builders and serial machine manufacturers.

The system bridges the gap between simple part conveying and complex custom solutions, enabling stable, cycle-synchronous downstream processing of lightweight workpieces up to 1.5 kg – particularly in automated applications such as cost-optimized injection molding automation.

In many industrial applications, part removal is already automated, while downstream processes often lack consistent cycle synchronization. Conventional conveyor systems reach their limits, especially when high volumes, reproducible cycle times, and defined part positioning are required.

This is exactly where the LS Link Compact comes in: With its discrete indexing, it ensures a clearly defined process logic and repeatable positioning. With up to 60 cycles per minute, transfer times of less than 0.3 seconds, and a positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm, it provides the ideal foundation for efficient inline processes such as assembly, joining, and inspection.
