Production Throughput Inspector: Intelligent Material Flow Analysis

Production Throughput Inspector (PTI) is a web-based digital twin of manufacturing process performance. It transparently visualizes real-time material flow data and derives performance metrics from it. A configurable dashboard and various data analysis views provide valuable insights into process performance. Additionally, process patterns and metrics can be continuously monitored and analyzed. The application can be hosted either decentralized in the cloud or on-premise on the operational computer systems.
