With the brand new Form Wash L from Formlabs, even large-format components from the Formlabs Form 3L or Formlabs Form 3BL 3D printer can now be cleaned easily and efficiently. Fully automated cleaning system Once the component has been printed, the component can be easily inserted into the Form Wash L using the construction platform. Finally, any excess resin that still adheres to the component is removed using the alcohol isopropanol. All you have to do is set the time for the wash cycle. This then runs automatically until the device lifts the component out of the isopropanol after approx. 15 minutes and allows it to air dry before it is transferred to the Form Cure L for further processing.
