Exclusive alliance for innovation: a-metal and 3D-MODEL open new doors in metal 3D printing

Affordable, compact LPBF metal 3D printer now available in southern Germany and Switzerland

a-metal, manufacturer of innovative metal 3D printers, and 3D-MODEL, renowned sales specialist for additive manufacturing technologies, announce their exclusive sales partnership. As part of this cooperation, a-metal was able to win 3D-MODEL for the distribution of the a-metal series in southern Germany and Switzerland. The compact, affordable metal 3D printer makes Laser Powder Bed Fusion technology accessible to all companies for the first time, without the high entry costs of conventional systems.

Innovation meets sales expertise

“Our partnership with 3D-MODEL is an important step in making innovative metal 3D printing technology accessible to a wider range of customers,” explains Stephan Steiner, CEO and co-founder of a-metal. "3D-MODEL's expertise in consulting and selling additive manufacturing solutions will enable us to provide all manufacturing or research companies in southern Germany and Switzerland with optimal support in integrating this pioneering technology."

3D-MODEL CEO Philipp Binkert is enthusiastic about the new, user-friendly metal 3D printer. "We are delighted to be able to offer a-metal, a powerful yet affordable solution for industrial metal 3D printing," says the managing director of 3D-MODEL, who has almost 20 years of industry experience. "This technology opens up completely new possibilities for product development and manufacturing for the wider industry."
