VIRAS (Visual based Intelligent Robot Automation System) develops AI-powered software solutions that give industrial robots visual understanding and spatial intelligence. The solution is applicable across industries and suitable for a wide range of applications – from production and logistics to medicine, sterile processing, and laboratories, as well as variable packaging and order picking processes. The goal is to make automation economical and practical where traditional robotics currently reaches its limits – especially with varying objects, changing positions, small batch sizes, and unstructured environments. Many industrial processes are still largely manual, not because they are inherently incapable of automation, but because existing solutions are too rigid, too complex to program, or too expensive to adapt. VIRAS addresses precisely this issue, enabling a new form of flexible, AI-based automation. The software enhances existing robot arms with AI-supported 3D image processing and intelligent gripping planning. Objects are recognized in real time, spatially located, and automatically handled with appropriate gripping and placement movements – even if they are unsorted or their position and shape change regularly. New objects and variations can be quickly taught without traditional robot programming or special mechanical solutions. This allows pick-and-place processes that previously had to be performed manually for economic or technical reasons to be automated.

We are located in the southern part of Germany. Vision Center GmbH is a measurement service provider and sales partner for 3D scanners. We support you in checking your first produced parts by creating an initial sample test report or testing a small series from ongoing production. With our portable 3D Scanners your parts do not necessarily have to come to our measurement laboratory they can also be scanned and analysed at your location. We will examine the task together with you and determine whether a 3D scan of your part is suitable. This gives you quick results with manageable effort, e.g. a color comparison against CAD data. If the parts measurement need to be accurate in the µm range we can do this using our measuring machines in the air-conditioned laboratory. We would also be glad to support you in setting up your own modern quality Control at your site and can provide you with scanning technology, software and training from a single source

Vision4Quality is a company that is rethinking quality inspection. With AI-native, camera-based technology that requires no programming, it reduces scrap and ensures quality. Since its founding in 2021, the company has gradually established various systems and now has customers and partners throughout Europe. Vision4Quality currently employs 25 people, most of whom are developers. The product portfolio currently includes a worker guidance system, an AOI system, a robot guidance system, and AI-building software. Thanks to various configuration options, add-ons, and communication interfaces, the systems can be flexibly integrated into existing production lines and allow for precise adaptation to different production stages. The three inspection systems share a common principle: using modern camera technology and innovative AI applications to reduce scrap and improve quality. This is already happening across a wide range of industries, including automotive, electronics, and aerospace. Anything that is detectable to the human eye can be inspected: incorrectly assembled circuit boards, solder bridges, surface damage on wood, metal, or plastic, injection molding defects, etc. Thanks to the in-house AI building tool, the systems’ inspection capabilities can be continuously improved, and the portfolio of inspection applications can be expanded with minimal effort.
