VIRAS (Visual based Intelligent Robot Automation System) develops AI-powered software solutions that give industrial robots visual understanding and spatial intelligence. The solution is applicable across industries and suitable for a wide range of applications – from production and logistics to medicine, sterile processing, and laboratories, as well as variable packaging and order picking processes. We support you in checking your first produced parts by creating an initial sample test report or testing a small series from ongoing production. With our portable 3D Scanners your parts do not necessarily have to come to our measurement laboratory they can also be scanned and analysed at your location. We will examine the task together with you and determine whether a 3D scan of your part is suitable. This gives you quick results with manageable effort, e.g. a color comparison against CAD data. If the parts measurement need to be accurate in the µm range we can do this using our measuring machines in the air-conditioned laboratory. We would also be glad to support you in setting up your own modern quality Control at your site and can provide you with scanning technology, software and training from a single source
