AfiPro GmbH (until 2022: H+S Automatisierungstechnik GmbH) has been designing and building innovative and cost-efficient automation systems since 1994: supply systems, assembly stations, and complete production cells, including robot systems and controls. AfiPro GmbH focuses on the design and manufacture of machines for the automatic production of plastic injection molded parts. AfiPro has built special machines for well-known manufacturers in the automotive, electrical, and plastics industries that optimally meet specific product requirements. These include automation systems for the supply of plug contacts and other inserts, punching and bending machines, assembly stations, sprue processing and printing, as well as marking of plastic parts and IML systems as partial and complete systems with industrial robots and quick removal devices. In the field of gripping and handling technology, AfiPro designs versatile removal grippers, insertion and transfer grippers for all types of robot systems; in particular, the integration of 6-axis robots is part of AfiPro's daily business. AfiPro's standard products in the field of conveyor technology include various belt and strap conveyors with versatile accessories, accumulation chain conveyors, and multi-level conveyors with lift.
