About us
Dreusicke designs and builds turnkey automation systems using cobots and small industrial robots. Dreusicke is the region's certified cobot integrator by Universal Robots (UR) and an EPSON partner. Dreusicke developed its automation-business out of its own production of technical rubber rollers. In addition to its technical expertise, Dreusicke can therefore provide consulting services based on its own experience in cobot implementation.

Automated Singulation Cell
Our robotic cell is designed to automatically separate small parts from bulk material and provide them in a process-reliable manner. Through the combination of robotics, sensor technology, and intelligent part recognition, unsorted components are picked up, aligned, and transferred to a defined position. This makes the solution ideal for automated feeding processes, assembly applications, and flexible production environments in which different variants or geometries have to be processed.
automated sandblasting machine
Our sandblasting booth with cobot performs repeatable blasting of components ergonomically, reliably, and with reproducible quality. The cobot guides the blasting tool along defined paths, maintains constant distances and angles, and relieves employees of dusty, physically demanding work. This allows surfaces to be specifically prepared, cleaned, or roughened, from individual parts to small series.
Robotic cell for loading and unloading workpieces
Easy to move from one workstation to the next. Our robot cells are mobile thanks to lifting rollers with integrated locking feet. Also well suited for use on older machines, e.g., conventional lathes, milling machines, or punching machines, or on measuring devices. The robot's gripper takes over the manual operation of the machine. This means that no direct connection between the robot and the machine is necessary.
Mobile Palettierung
Our mobile cobot is primarily designed for the automated palletizing of components. Thanks to its wheeled frame, the system can be flexibly deployed at various machines, systems, or production areas. Parts are placed on two pallets. An intelligent camera system recognizes the components and enables the easy integration of new products. This allows the system to be quickly adapted to different parts, pallet configurations, and production tasks. The mobile cobot is particularly well-suited for unmanned night and weekend shifts. In the event of a malfunction or process error, an SMS is automatically sent to the responsible person, allowing for a rapid response. In addition to palletizing, the system can also be used for other tasks, such as machine loading, parts handling, sorting, or quality control. A true all-rounder.
