Strasor UV – the new stationary plastic laser
Fine, delicate engravings on plastic or glass require a tailored engraving technology: where fiber lasers reach their limits, our ultraviolet technology will complement the range of possibilities in the future. The innovative Strasor UV already works at low thermal loads, which prevents microcracks, stresses, or material discoloration — and delivers precise, razor-sharp engraving results.

Strong parts thanks to continuous fibre reinforcement
Continuous Filament Fabrication (CFF) is a patented technology that allows Markforged users to produce 3D printed components with extreme stability. With this technology, the continuous fibre is additionally inserted into the component via a second nozzle in the print head. It is called continuous fibre because it has only one start and one end point per layer. This allows you to achieve stabilities that are superior to milled aluminium in outstanding quality! Thanks to the supplied and optimally adjusted EIGER software, you can insert the continuous fibre individually per layer and, of course, also over the entire surface. Carbon, Kevlar, glass fibre and high-temperature glass fibre are available as continuous fibre reinforcement.

Suction lances
Level measurement devices for various Industrial applications of Water treatment, Machine building, Chemical- and Pharmaceutical Industry, as well in railway technology and automotive engineering. The tube-in-tube system of Jacob‘s suction lance FlexLance guarantees a high level of sustainability, as it is space-saving and highly efficient. Due to the low suction point and the integrated suction line, there is an optimisation of the optimal consumption of the media. The length of the FlexLance can be adjusted easily using a screw connection and can therefore be used for different containers. Optionally, the suction lance is suitable for different opening diameters in the canister, even without a lid, with an attached plug for quick assembly.

SX6 safety module – Level up Your Safety!
Safety at a new level. With the 6th generation of its drive controllers, STOBER offers innovative solutions for the increasing demands in automation and mechanical engineering. With the SX6 safety module, all STÖBER drive controllers can be used in safety-related applications up to SIL 3, PL e (Cat. 4) in accordance with DIN 61800-5-2 and EN ISO 13849-1. The module monitors movements, reliably guides axes to safe states and can be seamlessly integrated into EtherCAT-based automation systems via the integrated Fail Safe over EtherCAT (FSoE) interface. Many ways to achieve machine safety. The SX6 enables the classic stop functions Safe Torque Off (STO), Safe Stop 1 (SS1) and Safe Stop 2 (SS2). A special highlight: with multi-axis controllers, the STO function can be activated individually for each axis. In addition, Safely Limited Speed (SLS) and Safe Speed Range (SSR) ensure that the projected speed limits are always adhered to. Safe Direction (SDI) monitors the direction of movement, while Safely Limited Increment (SLI) limits the step size and Safe Operating Stop (SOS) ensures a safe standstill.

symmedia Hub
The symmedia Hub is a cloud-based, IEC 62443-certified platform for secure digital collaboration in mechanical engineering. It connects machine manufacturers and operators and provides a central foundation for modern service processes – also with regard to requirements such as NIS2. As a multi-tenant platform, the symmedia Hub enables the management of machines from different manufacturers and technologies in one place. At the same time, each tenant retains full control over their data and access rights at all times. Machines, service histories, documentation, and relevant data are brought together in a structured way and made accessible at any time. Service requests can be centrally recorded as tickets, managed, and fully documented. The symmedia Hub also enables secure remote maintenance and supports service teams in analyzing and resolving issues more quickly. The result is greater transparency, faster response times, and a significant reduction in downtime and service effort.

Synchronous servo motors – highly dynamic with high power density
High dynamics and maximum power density The DIP synchronous servo motor sets a new standard in power and efficiency. With up to three times the acceleration compared to equivalent AMKmotion servo motors, it impresses with high torque and extreme speeds – delivering maximum force in minimal space. The result: more compact machines, higher energy efficiency, and greater performance in the same footprint. More power. Less space. Maximum efficiency – with the DIP. Shorter cycle times and precise motion The DIP synchronous servo motor delivers top-level repeatability and precise motion control. It reduces cycle times, optimizes process sequences, and significantly boosts your machine’s productivity. Precision, speed, and reliability – all combined in the DIP. Energy-efficient and resource-saving The DIP synchronous servo motor stands out for its exceptional energy efficiency: it requires significantly less power than comparable models to achieve the same acceleration. Thanks to its reluctance design, it delivers maximum torque without additional magnetic material – reducing the use of rare earth elements. Less energy. Fewer resources. Greater sustainability – with the DIP.
