Trustpoint Software Stack
Trustpoint is built as a modular, open-source software stack for industrial certificate and identity management, designed to run reliably in OT environments. At its core, Trustpoint is a web-based PKI management platform that can operate either as a local Certificate Authority (CA) or as a Registration Authority (RA) connected to upstream PKIs. The stack provides native support for industrial enrollment and management protocols such as CMP (RFC 9480/9483), EST (RFC 7030), and REST-based APIs, enabling interoperability with a wide range of devices, automation systems, and existing PKI infrastructures. A protocol orchestrator abstracts these interfaces, allowing devices to be onboarded and managed using different methods without changing the underlying trust model. Trustpoint includes built-in components for certificate lifecycle management—issuance, renewal, revocation (CRL), and trust store distribution—combined with domain-based trust separation, where devices are grouped under dedicated cryptographic policies and issuing authorities. Keys can be generated locally, securely handled, and optionally protected using HSM or PKCS#11 interfaces. The platform is containerized (Docker-first), enabling flexible deployment in factories, edge environments, or isolated (air-gapped) networks. A web UI and REST API support user-driven onboarding, browser-based credential retrieval, and automation workflows, while Zero-Touch Onboarding mechanisms (e.g., IDevID-based onboarding) are integrated as part of the stack. Published under the MIT license, the Trustpoint software stack is designed to be extensible, vendor-neutral, and suitable for long-term operation in industrial environments with limited connectivity, legacy devices, and strict security requirements.

twinstudio
twinstudio is an integrated toolkit for the easy creation, management and visualisation of Digital Twins – from Asset Administration Shells (AAS) and submodels to templates. As part of the twinsphere suite, it is designed for both beginners and experienced users, enabling a fast and efficient start through guided workflows, real-time validation and an intuitive user experience. At its core is the combination of ease of use, standard compliance and scalability. Even without in-depth AAS expertise, Digital Twins can be structured, created, edited and published efficiently. At the same time, compliance with IDTA standards ensures interoperability and seamless collaboration across organisational boundaries. twinstudio provides a central, visual overview of all assets, including search, filter and status functions, and supports data exchange via common formats such as JSON, XML and AASX. Its direct integration with twinsphere and external repositories ensures smooth connectivity within existing system landscapes. Key features include the Twin Builder for creating and editing AAS and submodels, the Template Designer for managing submodel templates, the Blueprint Editor for scalable Digital Twin strategies, and a centralised management of semantic descriptions. This is complemented by a Submodel Template Repository for versioning and sharing templates across teams and organisations. twinstudio enables consistent, reusable processes and supports companies in implementing Digital Twins efficiently, in line with standards, and in a future-ready way – from initial pilot projects to scalable deployment across products and business areas.

Universalstufenlader USL-25
The P&S Universal Step Loader ensures the reliable singulation and automatic feeding and discharge of round bars with diameters ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm. Other geometries are available upon request. Various transfer options allow the USL-25 to be optimally adapted to different machine concepts and production requirements. Depending on the application, the singulated bars can be transferred to the next process via a conveyor belt, a sliding axis, or a customized transfer solution. Material feeding and discharge are optimized for flow at a central point. This allows the USL-25 to be seamlessly integrated into existing automation systems, production cells, or testing equipment.

Unmatched in Blue – wenglor Presents the World’s First ToF Sensor with Blue Laser Unmatched in Blue – wenglor Presents the World’s First ToF Sensor with Blue Laser
With the P1PY21 series, the wenglor sensoric group is setting new standards in sensor technology. The P1PY21 uses blue laser as the world’s first sensor with time-of-flight technology. With impressive performance: the wintec with blue light delivers precise measurement results even under extreme conditions. Thanks to the shorter wavelength, blue laser light does not penetrate as deeply into the object surface, enabling stable detection in dark, glossy, organic or (semi-)transparent materials. An integrated special filter ensures reliable detection even in the event of interference from high-emitting objects, such as glowing metals. Equipped with proven Dynamic Sensitivity technology, wintec combines precision and innovation with blue light, making it the ideal solution for complex applications in automation technology. The integrated innovative BlueLine technology is based on short-wave blue laser light with a wavelength of 445 nm and achieves high accuracy on demanding surfaces, such as glossy plastics, dark paints or polished metals. Red glowing surfaces in the metal industry are also reliably detected. The reduced penetration depth of the blue laser ensures safe detection of organic materials and can be operated safely according to laser class 2. The P1PY21 series also handles even uneven surfaces with holes, tears or grid structures with a wide detection range thanks to the large-area line-shaped laser light spot. The Highlights at a Glance: BlueLine technology with short-wave blue laser light at 445 nm wavelength High accuracy on shiny plastics, dark paints, polished metals Reliable detection of red glowing surfaces Safe capture of organic materials Safe operation according to laser class 2 Dynamic jump detection, intensity evaluation, integrated speed measurement and transparent object detection Large working range of up to 5 meters
