Your Future Responsibilities:

• Supervising our electrical assembly team
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring electrical engineering tasks within the company and at new and existing customer sites
• Monitoring the quality and costs of internal manufacturing processes
• Providing technical support for cost estimation, quotations, and the implementation of new electrical installations, as well as machine and system modifications and upgrades
• Acting as the technical contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues
• Working closely with customers and team members, including on international projects

Your Profile:

• Master Electrician (Automation Technology), Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering, State-Certified Technician, Engineer, or a comparable qualification (career starters with leadership potential are welcome)
• Knowledge of machine safety regulations
• Initial experience in a comparable position
• Strong interest in technically challenging tasks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Resilient, flexible, and reliable
• Independent, quality-conscious, and cost-aware working style
