As a specialist in high-precision drive technology, we develop solutions for complex applications in mechanical engineering. Our internal sales team ensures that inquiries become offers: They accelerate customer projects, handle technical clarifications, and, in close collaboration with our field staff, ensure clear and professional communication – both internally and externally.

Your Mission

You will support our field sales team in their day-to-day business – by processing technical customer inquiries and actively following up on quotes.
You will be responsible for preparing quotes for standard and customer-specific inquiries – including technical clarification, cost calculations, and internal coordination.
You will be responsible for the technical design of electric drives and mechatronic systems – in close collaboration with field sales, development, and project management.
You will document all inquiries, quotes, and customer feedback in a structured manner in our ERP and CRM systems.

Your Profile

You have a technical education or a technical degree with a focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar.
Ideally, you have experience in technical sales – e.g., in the field of electric drive technology, automation, or mechanical engineering.
You communicate clearly and authoritatively – in discussions with customers and colleagues, via email, telephone, or video call.
You are a reliable team player who, together with our field sales team, inspires and wins customers.
You enjoy working independently, solution-oriented, and always think one step ahead.
You are proficient in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems, and you don't shy away from occasional business trips.
You speak and write German fluently at level B2 or higher.
