30 years of special machine construction: Lang Maschinenbau at all about automation Berlin for the first time

30 minutes, your component, our team: At booth 7-210, we'll work with you to develop initial solutions for your assembly, joining, or testing challenges. Appointments are limited; book now via matchmaking or by contacting fabian.stinn@lang-much.de

Much/Berlin. Ralf Lang Maschinenbau GmbH, based in Much near Bonn, will be exhibiting for the first time at all about automation at STATION Berlin on January 27 and 28, 2027. The company's appearance at the trade fair coincides with an anniversary year: It has been developing custom machinery since 1997. That year, Ralf Lang, a graduate engineer, founded the predecessor company, Lang Engineering, from which the current GmbH emerged.

Over the past three decades, Lang Maschinenbau has completed approximately 150 projects, each with a contract volume exceeding €100,000, and nearly 20 of these projects have reached the million-euro mark. Customers are located in more than 10 countries and come from the medical technology, automotive, and industrial sectors. The company's growth has been primarily driven by referrals and long-standing customer relationships. Its portfolio includes assembly, joining, and testing systems, metrology equipment, robotic cells, and the retrofitting and expansion of existing systems, including those from other manufacturers.

"30 years demonstrate the success of our approach: We don't build off-the-shelf machines, but rather solutions for a specific component and a specific process," says Managing Director Philipp Jacob. “Now we want to specifically reach new customers and industries. All About Automation in Berlin is the starting point for this.”

At booth 7-210 in Hall 7, Lang Maschinenbau invites visitors to bring their own assembly tasks – as a component, drawing, or photo. In a 30-minute consultation, the team will work with visitors to develop initial solutions. Since the number of appointments is limited on both days of the trade fair, it is recommended to schedule an appointment in advance, either through the fair's matchmaking service or directly with Fabian Stinn.
