Every system is built for a specific part and a specific process. We do not sell off-the-shelf machines.
■ RETROFITTING EXISTING EQUIPMENT
A new part, a new variant, and your existing line no longer fits – but the original supplier no longer supports it? We also work on equipment from other manufacturers. We record the current state, clearly define the scope of the modification and deliver complete documentation, so you can keep operating and maintaining the system afterwards.
■ HOW WE WORK
Design, control engineering, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning – all from one source, at our plant in Much near Bonn, Germany. You have one dedicated contact from the first meeting to final acceptance. We are ISO 9001 certified.
■ EXPERIENCE
We have been developing special-purpose machines since 1997. More than 100 projects delivered in over 10 countries, for customers in medical technology, automotive and general industry.
One example: an O-ring assembly that took 30 seconds by hand now takes just 2 seconds on our machine.
