Servoflex SFR – Elastic coupling with high damping capacity
Maximum smoothness and precision – the new Servoflex SFR delivers innovative damping technology and zero-backlash performance for demanding servo and stepper motor applications.
The Servoflex SFR is a newly developed flexible coupling that has been specially designed for high-speed and precision applications in combination with servo and stepper motors. It features a newly developed HNBR rubber element that offers ultra-high damping performance with zero backlash.
Compared to conventional couplings with metal discs, the SFR dampens vibrations more quickly, enabling stable operation over a wide speed range. With a torque range of 0.5 to 25 Nm and a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm, the Servoflex SFR is ideal for applications where resonance phenomena must be avoided.
