Seit März 2023 besteht eine Kooperation zwischen der Schubert System Elektronik GmbH und FLECS Technologies GmbH. Wir sprachen mit Alexander Matt, Teamleiter Produktmanagement Prime Cube bei SSE und Patric Scholz, Managing Director bei FLECS, über die Zukunft der Industrieautomation.
Installationen oder Aktualisierungen von Applikationen auf der Steuerung (SPS) kosten den Maschinenhersteller viel Zeit und Geld. Auch müssen vielfach Hersteller und Betreiber ihre Maschinen erweitern und nachrüsten. FLECS automatisiert diesen Prozess und bietet dem Maschinenbau die Möglichkeit, hardwareunabhängig Softwareprogramme (Apps) schnell und einfach für jede Automatisierungsaufgabe zu verwenden. Zudem können Erweiterungen über den FLECS Marketplace lizenziert und angeboten werden. Mit derzeit zwei Prime Cube Produkten, der Prime Box Pico, einem der kleinsten Box-PCs im industriellen Umfeld sowie dem Prime Panel Pico Einbau 15,6" unterstützt die Schubert System Elektronik GmbH (SSE) das innovative Automatisierungstool von FLECS. Somit schaffen Prime Cube und FLECS eine optimale User Experience und Zeitersparnis beim Einrichten und Aktualisieren von Maschinensteuerungen.
