Lexium Cobot is designed to assist workers in completing repetitive and tedious tasks and protect their health through assembly line automation. It has an IP44 protection rating. It features a communication interface (RJ45 connector) for TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, ProfiNet, and Ethernet/IP. It is constructed of aluminum and steel and weighs 12 kg. It measures 410 mm wide, 307 mm high, and 235 mm deep. This cobot controller is designed to stand on the floor and be installed next to the robot arms in their workspace. It is certified according to GB11291.1, EN ISO10218-1, EN60204-1, EN ISO12100, EN ISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001, and CE marked. This cobot controller monitors collaborative robots with a 3 kg payload. It is connected to the robot via a 6-meter-long cable. It is designed to stand on the floor and be placed near the robot. Rotary knobs with integrated potentiometer
As of now, Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG offers rotary knobs with integrated potentiometers for its SHORTRON and OKTRON-JUWEL series. Apart from these instantly usable rotary knobs, the variants to use your own potentiometer will still be avaliable. These are meant for customers who need resistance values other than the avaliable potentiometers with 1kΩ, 5kΩ, 10kΩ and 50 kΩ. The rotary switches for the SHORTRON series (SR1K, SR5K, SR10K, SR50K) will be available in the colours silver and black as well as with stainless steel front bezel. The rotary switches for the OKTRON-JUWEL series (OKJR1K, OKJR5K, OKJR10K, OKJR50K) are available in black. The rotary switches are designed for temperature ranges from -20°C to 70°C, the degree of protection is IP66/IP69K. The mechanical life is up to 100.000 rotation cycles with a rotation angle of 260°. Roundpeg anti-collision modules for cobots
The basic system includes the anti-collision modules for the robot's three wrist joints, as well as the installation of the entire system. Expansion modules are available to extend the Roundpeg system's functionality to the remaining joints (e.g., elbow, shoulder, and/or base). To prevent collisions over a larger area, additional expansion modules are also available. These modules are easy to install and are automatically detected.
