As an experienced automation and control technology partner, Schlager Industrieofenbau develops intelligent solutions for mechanical and plant engineering, ranging from simple control panels to networked high-performance systems.
Our focus:
- Planning and engineering in accordance with MRL/MVO, UL 508A and ATEX specifications
- Design of PLC-controlled switchgear using the Siemens TIA Portal and S7-1200/1500 and ET200SP.
- Implementation of visualised HMI systems based on Siemens WinCC or web-enabled operating solutions
- Integration of Industry 4.0/IIoT solutions (OPC UA, MQTT, edge gateways and cloud connectivity).
- Energy monitoring and predictive maintenance through smart sensors and data connectivity
Retrofitting and migration of legacy control systems (e.g. S5 to S7 or S7 to TIA).
Our control cabinets are manufactured in-house and undergo full testing, wiring and documentation using EPLAN P8 or WSCAD.
