Fully automatic permanent magnet assembly

haprotec GmbH has developed an innovative process for the fully automatic assembly of already magnetised magnets on rotors. This patented system utilises the existing magnetic force in a targeted manner and offers decisive advantages over conventional methods.

Problems with conventional methods:
Magnets are only magnetised after assembly - this causes high process costs, makes flexible designs more difficult and leads to susceptibility to errors.

Design restrictions exist due to the need for brackets.
