HE5B Enabling Switch

The HE5B is compact, easy to mount, and extremely reliable. It is ideal for use in robot teach pendants and complies with relevant industrial regulations. Based on human behavior studies, which show that operators tend to instinctively both press and release in panic situations, it offers a high level of safety.

• Ergonomically designed enabling switch with 3 positions: OFF-ON-OFF
• Easy detection of the transition from position 1 to 2
• A distinct pressure difference is required to switch from position 2 to 3
• Light force is needed to maintain position 2
• Complies with IEC60204-1, section 9.2.5.8
• Two safety contacts
• Protection rating: IP65 (when using the rubber cover)
• Mounting in a 16 mm round hole
