“Hygienics” stainless steel motors made of stainless steel 316L, IP69K for food processing, pharmaceuticals and other applications for extreme cleanliness and frequent washing. In food, beverage or chemical-pharmaceutical production plants, the engines, together with other parts, are often exposed to high pressure water jets (sometimes also at high temperatures) or to even more aggressive cleaning agents. Stainless steel motors can withstand this operating condition, which in contrast to motors of other types can be damaged or even soiled. In contrast to standard motors, the stainless steel series has no cooling, no paint that can flake off and no surface that can rust. This means that waste products can be easily washed away and that no residues are left on the device and the motor can be used in food processing without hesitation. Even the nameplate is engraved on the outer casing.
