varioSTACK palletising system

varioSTACK, developed by IEF-Werner, is an open and modular palletising system for diverse task formulations.

varioSTACK can be adapted to different tray sizes - especially to pallets in the quarter or eighth euro dimension. The system processes loaded pallets with a maximum weight of up to ten kilograms. The repeat accuracy of the pallet table is +/- 0.05 mm. The pallet change takes less than four seconds.

The palletising system is very compact; with its footprint of less than one square meter it can be easily integrated into any existing
production structure.
