We also sell and support components such as ELITE ROBOTS cobots, EPSON robots, partX feeding technology, aluminum system construction solutions, as well as our complete solutions and flexible cells be-X-press and be-X-press Eco as an automated solution for your punching, crimping, pressing, riveting applications and much more. BEMOTEC is a systems provider specializing in the planning, design, and implementation of turnkey assembly and automation systems. Our system portfolio includes assembly fixtures, testing fixtures, test benches, and operator assistance systems, as well as semi- and fully automated production systems. A single point of contact for all components reduces complexity for our customers and creates space for innovative ideas in both processes and products. Workshop floor workflow planning forms the basis for all the systems we manufacture. We conduct initial simulations in the early planning phase to ensure that all systems are robust and scalable. We offer over three decades of experience in production planning, warehouse logistics, and the manufacturing of production systems.

Benz Wiring Solutions GmbH, located in Steinheim an der Murr, stands for high-quality connection technology made in Germany. The company develops and manufactures custom cable assemblies, system solutions, and complete automation and control cabinet projects – from single wires to fully programmed control cabinets. Production adheres to the strictest quality standards and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. A particular strength of the company is its strong focus on research and development. This allows for the easy implementation of solutions even for single units. The service portfolio includes: cable assemblies for single wires, multi-wire cables, connectors, and customer-specific wiring harnesses; module and assembly manufacturing, including cable carriers and custom assemblies; control cabinet construction from planning and assembly to programming; automation technology, including component procurement and integration; PLC programming for reliable, process-safe operations; and project support from conception to implementation. BEQ GmbH is the specialist for fully automated optoelectronic 100% inspections. We measure, inspect, and sort precision parts in series production – quickly, reliably, and scalably. Technologies & Scope of Inspection: Our systems enable the simultaneous measurement of complex external and internal contours as well as 360° inspections (multi-mirror system) for features that are difficult to see. Inspections include lengths, diameters, chamfers, radii, thread presence (internal/external), damage, cracks/scratches, burrs/chips, angles, color deviations, cavity numbers, and form and position tolerances. Quality & Certification: BEQ is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV SÜD and operates according to the common standards of the automotive industry (VDA 6.2). Typical Parts & Industries: We inspect turned, milled, stamped and bent parts, injection-molded plastic parts, electroplated parts, O-rings and seals – for manufacturing companies that demand 100% quality.
