TransBoardBox – Redefining Mobile Media Infrastructure TransBoardBox creates an entirely new product category: mobile media infrastructure. Our system combines a display stand, height-adjustable media furniture, transport solution (flight case) and autonomous power supply in one modular furniture system. At the same time, it enables barrier-free use, integration of additional components (e.g., routers, workstations) and custom branding for corporate design or spatial concepts. Cambrian is an add-on for collaborative and industrial robots. The AI-based solution gives the robot arm human-level capabilities for various manufacturing tasks such as pick-and-place, bin picking, cable insertion and much more. The hardware of our solution consists of two standard 2D cameras in a protective housing and, depending on the application, can be mounted directly on the robot as an end-of-arm solution or stationary above the workstation. At the heart of Cambrian Vision is AI-based software on a powerful IPC to process the image data. All we need is the CAD data of the parts to be processed and to define the possible pick points. The intelligence of our software is used to generate a 3D image. This enables us to achieve an exceptionally fast recognition speed of less than 170 ms. The system accuracy is at the sub-millimetre level (<1 mm), enabling cycle times of only 2-3 seconds for demanding bin picking tasks. Cambrian Vision excels at reliably recognising transparent, shiny, flexible (cables) or black parts and is completely independent of structured light. The new motor with integrated <b>drive controller series DRVI</b> enables dynamic acceleration and deceleration, high precision of the motion sequence, at all speeds without loss of steps. Compatible with the most common bus protocols: CANopen - PROFINET - EtherCAT - EtherNet IP. This new <b>smart gripper</b> is equipped with an integrated sensor system for position and force control and can wirelessly transmit the data acquired from the workpiece. The Camozzi gripper is not only “smart”, but can also be reconfigured depending on the objects to be handled. This makes it perfect for the handling and robotics sector. To make a system energy-efficient, it is crucial to control the output pressure according to demand and only increase it where necessary: the new pressure amplifier of the BPAseries is used to optimize pneumatic control.
