LineLIGHT Fusion - Integrated signalling solution for modern machines and systems
With "LineLIGHT Fusion", WERMA Signaltechnik presents a new, fully integrable solution for machine and system manufacturers that blends seamlessly into the design of modern machines and systems. The innovative series combines the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics while at the same time fulfilling the desire for an efficient and safe solution at the workplace. At the same time, it becomes an aesthetically pleasing design element of the machine or system itself, which can also provide acoustic warnings if required. Function and design combined for maximum efficiency The LineLIGHT Fusion series integrates the display of machine statuses directly into the machine surface and is therefore ideal for machine and system manufacturers who value a consistent, appealing machine design. The smooth surface of the unique light module is flush with the machine housing and thus ensures a modern, clear and functional appearance. LineLIGHT Fusion therefore stands out from conventional, often retrofitted solutions and impresses as a visual unit within the machine housing. Another highlight: this unique signalling solution meets the strict requirements for hygiene and protection by minimising edges, where dirt can build up, and avoiding openings - ideal for hygienically sensitive production environments, as the ingress of dust and liquids into the interior of the machine is reliably prevented. Optimum visibility and maximum flexibility LineLIGHT Fusion ensures clear and reliable display of machine and operating statuses thanks to the homogeneous illumination of the elegant light body. The modules are flexible and customisable: they can be configured in 50 mm increments between 100 mm and 1,500 mm, catering for an enormously wide range of applications.

Liner Unit
The Liner Unit is a high-speed, high-power linear drive unit based on an adaptation of the cam mechanism. Powered by a servomotor, and featuring a new mechanism that rotates a screw-shaped cam, the Liner Unit travels along a linear rail, enabling high-speed, long-distance conveyance of heavy loads impossible with conventional mechanisms such as robots. Even in the long stroke specification that is difficult to cope with other devices, it can be easily used just by connecting the rail. In addition, since the drive rail and servo motor are placed on a coaxial platform, space saving is achieved and load balance is excellent.

LU20 digital display meets Cobot application
Use our LU20 digital display together with a cobot for outside diameter measurements, inside diameter measurements and depth measurements! Outer diameter measurement: After calibration, the entire circumference of the outer diameter is measured by a 180-degree rotation. Inside diameter measurement: After calibration, the entire circumference of the inner diameter is measured by rotating the tool 180 degrees. Depth measurement: After calibration, threaded holes can be measured with one measurement tool

LubSecure For plain and roller bearings. Prevent failures instead of ‘only’ predicting them!
Only a properly lubricated bearing runs reliably and with low wear. This means that the metallic contact partners within the bearing are separated from each other by a fully formed lubricating film at all times. Insufficient lubrication results in direct contact, which causes the bearing to wear quickly and leads to damage. HCP Sense technology provides a view into the bearing Unfortunately, the lubrication condition cannot be adequately monitored with conventional technology; the user does not know what the dominant lubrication condition is. The HCP Sense sensor bearing provides permanent information on lubrication for the first time and enables continuous monitoring. With our impedance measurement, the electrical behavior of the rolling bearing can be monitored live at the equipment. In case of hydrodynamic lubrication, when a fully formed lubricating film is present and the metal surfaces are separated, the bearing behaves like a capacitor from an electrical point of view. This is not the case with mixed and boundary lubrication; there is metal contact and the bearing exhibits ohmic behavior as with an electrical resistor. The advantages of our technology - Early detection of damage Over 75% of all roller bearing damages can be traced back to lubrication failure. With our technology, you can detect these lubrication issues so early that you can take countermeasures before increased wear leads to bearing damage. - Increased productivity Integrating our technology into your maintenance management - the keyword here is predictive maintenance - increases productivity because you can extend maintenance intervals or even plan them variable and avoid the dreaded unplanned downtime. - Higher profits Increased productivity and lower maintenance costs increase your profits.
