Responsibilities As a System Assembly Manager (f/m/d), you will lead a team of ten employees and be available to answer any technical questions related to control and switch cabinet construction. - You will manage our customer projects from the initial estimate and quotation to timely order processing. - You will plan the assembly work at our customers' sites, including personnel and material deployment. - You will ensure the smooth execution of service calls. - During execution, you will ensure that quality, occupational safety, and environmental guidelines are adhered to. - You will also support us in the further development of processes with regard to process reliability, efficiency, and ergonomics in the workplace. Your Profile You have completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician (f/m/d), with advanced training as a master craftsman or technician (f/m/d), or have a comparable qualification in electrical engineering.
