Whether pressure, flow, fill level or temperature – wenglor fluid sensors reliably record all relevant values in processes with liquid or gaseous media. Highly precise measurement data and digital interfaces permit accurate process monitoring and data analysis in real time, to optimize sequences and reduce the consumption of resources. The range includes models with or without integrated temperature measurement, display versions for reading process values and sensors in stainless steel or plastic housing. Various output combinations are also available, which are equipped with an IO-Link interface depending on the variant.

Automatic pressure controllers with a wide range of applications. The 8270A and 8370A are automatic pressure controllers that allow you to calibrate a wide variety of pressure sensors. Compared to other high-pressure controllers, they offer twice the pressure ranges and twice the operating speed. You can choose between two models with different prices and features: • The 8270A allows you to measure and control pressures from vacuum to 44 MPa (6,400 psi). It can be configured with ranges down to 100 kPa (15 psi). • The 8370A measures and controls pressures from atmospheric pressure to 107 MPa (15,500 psi). It can be configured with ranges down to 700 kPa (100 psi). Fluke Calibration's unique pressure control technology allows you to perform calibrations at both low and high pressures with a single instrument. The control accuracy is 0.002% of the active range. When used with the optional Contamination Protection System (CPS), you can use the pressure controller/calibrator with gas- and liquid-filled instruments.

Edge protections profiles and edge protection seal profiles ensure secure front-side finishes on covers, cable ducts or openings, for example. Ganter are thereby offering everything that constitutes perfect sheet metal working from one source – even for smaller or occasional use. The edge protection profiles are delivered on rolls of 20 or 50 metres in length, without a minimum order value. The edge protection profiles build not only an optically clean finish, they also protect surfaces from damage and prevent cables or tubes from being worn down in their encasing. In addition, they speed up the production phase as the burring or chamfering of edges is largely eliminated. GN 2184 is available in two sizes, is made of extruded PVC and can be assembled manually. The metal clamp insert prevents it from detaching.

Frameless Motors
Frameless motors have only two main components - stator and rotor - in common with conventional motors. This is a decisive advantage when it comes to tailor-cut design and individual integration into customer-specific systems. Due to the direct integration into machines or device assemblies and the hollow shaft concept with cable, compressed air, vacuum, fiber optic and laser feedthroughs, frameless motors require very little space. At the same time, they are highly efficient and durable and run stably and reliably in quiet operation. The KOCO MOTION motors are characterized by an immediate peak torque of up to 2400 Nm, a maximum motor speed of up to 900 rpm and a high level of user-friendliness. The frameless motors are also highly precise. They are backlash-free during high-precision and high-speed operations and have an extremely high level of positioning accuracy. KOCO MOTION supports and advises on the optimal design and integration of the modularly configurable frameless motors into customer systems. Since the compact motors are used in a wide variety of industries, such as robotics, mechanical engineering, packaging technology, semiconductor manufacturing or medical technology, it is important to precisely adapt and select all the necessary motor components. For our modular bus system (MBS), which connects pushbuttons and switches to industrial communication systems, we are now offering new gateways and extension modules. Those were equipped with additional components such as an RFID interface, which help to manage access to machines or operating units. Industrial networks more often play an important role in industrialised work processes. In particular, the industrial Ethernet offers significant advantages: The management of big data packages, the fast and easy processing of information and the adaptation to special conditions of operation in the industrial sector make processes more transparent, safe and efficient. The gateways for Profinet (PN_GW_HS_01), Ethernet/IP (EN_GW_HS_01), EtherCAT (EC_GW_HS_01) or Powerlink (PL_GW_HS_01) each have an interface to our modular bus system (MBS). The MBS enables an easy connection of pushbuttons and switches to the network and the control. Other units like potentiometers or RFID readers can be operated through the integrated A/D converter resp. the integrated RFID control unit.
