Your Responsibilities
Lead Management: Act as the first point of contact, qualify incoming inquiries, and assess the perfect match.
Presentation: Conduct confident web sessions to showcase Starhunter’s value and convince leads of our software.
Solution Consulting: Translate customer needs into features and coordinate with IT/Support regarding technical feasibility.
Sales Drive: Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing, including proactive cold calling and re-engagement.
Your Profile
Sales Mindset: You enjoy selling, stay resilient after setbacks, and maintain a positive, sympathic attitude.
Digital Native: Comfortable with AI and SaaS solutions; ideally experienced with tools like HubSpot or Jira.
Personality: Strong communicator who builds trust and drives results both independently and as a team player.
Languages: Excellent German and good English skills (written and spoken).
